HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
Here at CALECIM online store, we offer a 14-day return policy from original delivery date, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Defective or incorrect items
- Product must be purchased on our online store (www.calecim.com)
To return a product, items must be unopened (unless the product was received in a defective condition) and in its original packaging together with all accessories. please email your order number and the reason for the return to our customer service at email@example.com
Items must be unopened If your product is damaged, please DO NOT dispose the damaged product. Kindly contact our customer service representatives.
We do endeavour to package items as securely as possible however rough handling in transit can sometimes cause damage which is beyond our control. Please report any damages to our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you further with the issue.
Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.
All products returned must be securely packed to ensure the package is fully protected. CALECIM will not be responsible for any lost packages or packaging negligence unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged.
For international orders, once an order is lodged with a carrier, CALECIM is not responsible for any damage or loss. Any taxes, duties, or clearance delays are to be borne by customer. Please check with your local customs office to ensure your order complies with local customs regulations.
WILL YOU REFUND MY POSTAGE COSTS TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We will refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
- If the item was sent incorrectly
- If the item is damaged or faulty
